  • What is the return policy if the part doesn't fit?
  • Does the brand warranty cover the part, and how do you file a claim?

Here's a real example. In March 2024, a distributor called at 4 PM needing SKF wheel bearings before a dealer inspection the next morning. We found a vendor with same-day delivery, paid $75 in rush fees, and the bearings were on a truck by 6 PM.
